simple reminders

I’ve been going through a hard time lately, as you all know from my quiet nature and previous post. In attempts to find the positivity, lately I’ve found that the simplest reminders about life, happiness and well-being are often the most effective. This morning I stumbled across a little collection of images while doing my regular blog reading… after my post about life springing from death, sharing these pictures on the blog seemed even more poignant. Taking time to appreciate all of the beautiful things that exist in your life is scientifically proven to boost your mood, (and I’m pretty darn sure looking at adorable photographs of woodland creatures is also a happy inducer). So, let’s do as they say: stop, smell the flowers, breathe it all in, and smile.
