coasting along

25 Nov

Biting my nails as the time ticks down; there’s seriously only 10 days left until John and I hit the road for Vancouver’s One of a Kind show. Attempting to keep my head on straight, I have been working diligently to finish up projects and pieces that are halfway done. The last few days I have been coasting along… literally. The circle cutter and the button press have been back out in full force! I chose 9 of my favorite designs for cork-backed coaster sets. Yesterday afternoon, I finally reached the 400 coaster mark! I then spent my evening designing, printing and cutting the packaging info. I got halfway through bagging the sets last night and am hoping to finish the rest this morning. As time is an issue right now, I’m unable to list the coasters in my etsy shop until I return home in mid-December but I really hope they are a hit at the OOAK show. Today I plan to finish packaging my coasters and then will probably shift my focus towards some altered books in the late afternoon and early evening.
